SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RETURNS How can I ensure that the purchased products arrive in the correct condition?
We carefully prepare each package, ensuring that everything is properly packaged. Additionally, we entrust our deliveries within Italy to specialized couriers. For orders in Rome, we use our own courier service, DOL srl.
Will I be notified in advance of the delivery by the courier?
There is an additional cost of 2 euros for the courier's call notification. You can choose this option at the time of your order.
In which areas do you ship?
We deliver throughout Italy, with the exception of fresh products and the DOL Fish box, which are only available in Rome. Please make sure to check the product type when placing your order. If you add a product that is not available for shipping to the address you provided, an error message will appear, and the item will be removed from the cart.
What are the shipping costs that I need to bear?
The shipping costs will be automatically calculated by the system and will be visible in the purchase details.
How can I return a product, and under what conditions?
We will accept all claims that include photographic evidence of the damaged product, along with the accompanying delivery note showing the time of package arrival. Please send the material via email to comunicazione@diorioginelaziale.it.
What are the pick-up points?
The pick-up points are the locations of restaurants, shops, condominiums, or reception areas where you can have the ordered goods delivered and collected. Currently, there is a pick-up point in Rome at the Proloco Trastevere restaurant, located at Via G. Mameli, 23, from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, every day except Monday.
Why do I need to send a photo?
We kindly ask you to send us photographic evidence because customers may choose to have the goods delivered to a location other than their home, which may result in poor preservation, thereby compromising the quality.
Is there a tolerance on the weight of the purchased products?
All our weight measurements have a slight variation because the products are portioned from whole forms and not produced industrially, making it impossible to measure them to the gram.
PAYMENTS AND INVOICES Are the displayed prices final (including VAT)?
Yes, the prices include VAT.
I have a VAT number; how can I request an invoice?
You can indicate your desire to receive an invoice at the time of purchase by providing your VAT number, recipient code, and/or PEC address.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay by credit card or PayPal. The data you provide will be managed by the payment systems, and we will not have any visibility of them.
DATA AND PRIVACY Are my personal data that I enter to complete the order protected?
Your data will be processed in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
How are the payment system data I used managed?
Our payment systems are secure and certified. If we suspect any violations, we will promptly notify you. The information will not be transmitted to third parties.
I AM A PRODUCER/RESTAURATEUR I am a producer and would like to join the DOL network. How can I do that?

I manage a restaurant/gastronomy: Do I have different prices than those indicated on the website?
No, there are no discounts for restaurateurs and gastronomies on the e-commerce website. However, you can send an email to dol@dioriginelaziale.it to request a quote with prices and offers dedicated to the restaurant industry.
