We revisited a great classic often treated badly and produced with waste. We produce our mortadella only with shoulder meat and Italian pork leg of the highest quality and with the addition of spices: it is stuffed in natural casing, without dyes or chemical additives. Thanks to the prolonged cooking, the quality of the raw materials and the fine cuts of pork, the product takes on a unique texture and flavor.
